APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Flagstaff

I've lived in 5 different places since moving to flagstaff a few years ago, and NONE of them have felt quite like home except here. So much infact it compelled me to leave my first ever review! Where to start.. Management: Michaela the property manager is truly a breath of fresh air. She never gave me corporate vibes when giving a tour but rather a real person vibe that cares about where they live. On top of that she takes the time to hear you out with any and all concerns and does what i can only describe as her best. I have dealt with the leasing assistant Emma here and there and shes just as nice and easy to talk to. Maintenance: cant speak on this to much as I've not had to deal with them much ( thats a good thing). Mark is one heck of a Maintenance guy. Ive only needed assistance a couple times and he's been able to get the job done in a visit. I lived at another complex that takes WEEKS to get simple stuff done. Like fixing door handles or a clog in a washing machine🤣. Property itself: IMMACULATE. Every day I go on walks around the complex with the kids ( there's a park next door but if they see that im toast 🤣). It's always very clean. Never see trash laying around and if I do its not even trash but debris from mother nature like twigs and pinecones. Its loaded with trees all over and next to some great trails so you feel nestled in the forest a bit. Not cars loud and driving up and down all the time. Its peaceful and relaxing. Neighbor's: im a guy that generally keeps to himself. However I find myself more and more engaging in conversations around the complex. The residents are friendly from what I've experienced and are just living life like the rest of us and I cant help but respect it. Overall: great place to live ran by better people. Happy this is the place my family can call home for a while.

Super friendly staff. Great maintenance team. Remodeled units are clean, affordable and done very well. 100% Recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, cozy and safe place to live! Beautiful hiking trails for the pups too!

So I been here a little over a year, and I gotta say it's been pretty good so far. I had no issues sinceoving in . The surrounding area is truly what makes this complex stand out. It's amazing to walk around and and enjoy the scenery. The people in and around this place are friendly so it gives an extra level of enjoyment. The landlord here is really cool. She's kind and offers help event if you are confused about things, she tries her best to help . I do recommend anyone looking for a good place to call home , check this place out.

Ponderosa Park has the most fabulous staff. The most accommodating people I have been around in a very long time. Love it!

Im so excited for the renovations to be complete.. this is the perfect location..
