The manager, AB, is incredibly knowledgeable about the property and always helpful when it comes to answering questions or addressing any concerns. You can tell he really cares about the residents and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. Roy, the maintenance guy, is also excellent—he clearly knows what he’s doing and always gets things fixed promptly and properly. It’s reassuring to know there’s someone reliable handling maintenance. Overall, it’s a well-managed, comfortable place to live, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new home.

AB is great and handles every interaction with respect and care. Roy is on it with every maintenance request as well as the snow removal and it's nice running into him around the apartments. They are building a great team here

Living here for the past 2 years has been great! AB and Roy have both helped us out a lot with any questions or making requests ASAP. Our new remodeled apartment is amazing and we can’t wait for all the future upgrades the apartment complex will have in the future. We see ourselves staying here for many years to come thanks to management and the attention at every step of the way!

Apartments are in nice location, tucked back off Route 66, with nice walking trails. Krystal, and women in the leasing office, were super nice and helpful. I will definitely be considering this place to call home.

Our newest management company is the best we've had yet! They are so kind, understanding and helpful. Highly recommend Ponderosa Parkway - in addition to the fantastic staff, we have beautiful views, amazing trails and it's a quiet and safe place to live.

So far the staff in the front office, and even the maintenance staff, has been amazing. I had a leak in my kitchen sink when I moved in and they fixed it immediately. So far, I have loved every bit of the experience of becoming a resident at Ponderosa Park!

Pro's: Nice staff, helpful, conversational, pleasant, easy going, heated apartments, high ceilings on the top floor which makes the space look a lot bigger, it's right next to a park, close to a beautiful wooded area to take the dogs, some bunnies and elk near by in the woods, wild flowers, small stream near by when it rains, and within walking distance to a StarBucks if you walk through the trail, etc. Con's: no air conditioning although it's easy to install an after market Toshiba AC from Home Depot, gets hot on the top floor in the summer for about 2 months several fans, nice breeze, management are sticklers for unofficial furniture on the deck. The laundry system to put money on the laundry card could use updating, but the machines are fairly new and work well. Overall, the apartment is solid, the appliances work, the handyman is funny and really good at his job, etc. It's in a safe neighborhood, great for kids w/ several schools, a hospital, a gas station and a grocery store near by.

My wife and I moved in here about 2 months ago! We have the kindest neighbors and the management team is SO awesome! The whole leasing process was easy for us and they helped us thru all questions that we had! Would highly recommend this apartment to a friend. While the rent is high for what you get, that’s kinda how it is everywhere in Flagstaff haha

We are fairly new tenants here at Ponderosa Park Apartments and couldn't be happier. Cheryl, the apartment manager, is very helpful with whatever we need and always has a smile on her face. Kip, the maintenance guy, is very responsive to any service requests and has been amazing with the snow removal during the latest snow storm (and all snowfalls). He always makes sure salt is on the ground and steps, so no one slips on ice. Thank you both for making our home comfortable.

Been living here for 3 months now and absolutely love it. Everyone is very friendly and the staff are top notch. Any issues we've had they are on top of it, albeit they have been small issues (burned out bulbs, squeaky door hinge). The location is great! We love living here!
